Plastic Valve Tags
Plastic or Traffolyte valve tags are made up of 2 ply plastic, one which is the background colour (cap) and the other lettering colour (core). The cap is engraved through to reveal the core underneath resulting in a very durable and readable tag.
Sizes and Shapes
Plastic valve tags are typically circular with a 4mm fixing hole top centre.
Standard tags are either 38mm (1.5") or 50mm (2.0") in a thickness of 1.5mm or 3mm with black text on white or white text on black.
However we can make custom valve tag to your specifications and site requirements in a kaleidoscope of different colours and shapes. Please ask our sales team.
Fixings
Plastic valve tags can be fitted using split rings, cable ties, beaded chain or stainless wire and crimp.
